this sums up Belphie pretty well: when he jumped on the stove and burnt his paw, his first move was to (ATTEMPT TO) jump back up to see what hurt him. I grabbed him mid-air like a football.

and when people learned about his burnt paw, they all said “welllll at least he won’t do it again!” and I had to be like “actually, see the thing is, this is Belphie.”
